I have a new culinary challenge on the horizon.
In a couple of weeks, we’re having a new kitchen installed. Woo hoo! Very exciting 🙂
However, it means that we won’t be able to cook for a while, except for in our little old microwave.
Sooo I’m starting to think about what we can have to eat.
Raw meals for the fortnight? Not sure the kids will enjoy that.
Takeaways for the fortnight? No way.
I think we’ll use the opportunity to get creative and I’m looking forward to experimenting with freezable main meals!
