Chocolate oat bars

These are sooo lush!

Rich chocolate, oats and crackly chia seeds.image

Easy and quick to make, you just need a little patience letting them cool completely before slicing up, otherwise they can crumble.

 

Ingredients:

80g oats
40g dessicated coconut
40g Chia Seeds
40g sunflower seeds (or half pumpkin, half sunflower)
40g chopped walnuts
40g chocolate chips
20g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
100g tahini
125g rice malt syrup
100g coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Pop everything in a food processor and whizz up until combined – and that’s it!
  2. Line a 9×9 tin and bake the mixture at 140 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  3. Leave to cool and then slice into squares.
