These are sooo lush!
Easy and quick to make, you just need a little patience letting them cool completely before slicing up, otherwise they can crumble.
40g dessicated coconut
40g Chia Seeds
40g sunflower seeds (or half pumpkin, half sunflower)
40g chopped walnuts
40g chocolate chips
20g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
125g rice malt syrup
100g coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pop everything in a food processor and whizz up until combined – and that’s it!
- Line a 9×9 tin and bake the mixture at 140 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool and then slice into squares.
