• 150g butter
  • 175g local raw honey
  • 25g sunflower seeds
  • 250g oats

This is SO insanely simple!

  1. Melt the butter a little so it’s squishy enough to blend, and mix it up with the honey, seeds and oats – and that’s it!
  2. Pop into a lined 9×9 tray and bake for about 20 minutes at 150 degrees until golden.
  3. Leave to cool, then cut into 16 squares and munch munch munch!
