- 40g rolled oats
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Half a tub of cottage cheese
- 1 scoop of chocolate whey isolate (whey isolate for low FODMAP, otherwise any whey will do)
- Chuck everything in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Fry in coconut oil until lovely and brown, or if you’re a bit rubbish at frying like I am, pop them into the oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes.
