Chocolate pancakes

Ingredients

  • 40g rolled oats
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Half a tub of cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey isolate (whey isolate for low FODMAP, otherwise any whey will do)

Instructions

  1. Chuck everything in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Fry in coconut oil until lovely and brown, or if you’re a bit rubbish at frying like I am, pop them into the oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes.
